At Gateway to Success, we believe that family involvement plays a vital role in a youth's growth and success. Our staff maintains regular communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on each child's progress, challenges, and achievements throughout their stay in the program.
We are committed to building collaborative partnerships with families, recognizing that parents and caregivers are essential members of a youth's support system. By working together, we can better meet the needs of each young person and create a stronger foundation for long-term success.
When parents face challenges in supporting their child, they can feel comfortable reaching out to Gateway staff for guidance and assistance. We strive to foster trust, open communication, and mutual respect, ensuring that our role is to strengthen family relationships rather than undermine them. Through encouragement, support, and collaboration, we help families and youth work toward positive outcomes together.

Residents are encouraged to take ownership of their actions, develop leadership qualities, and become positive role models within their community.
We teach practical life skills that prepare youth for adulthood, including communication, responsibility, time management, goal setting, financial literacy, and healthy relationships.
